We cover all major Capsim products: Capsim Core, Capsim Global DNA, Capstone 2.0, Capsim Foundation, Capsim Ops, Capsim Final Exam, and CompXM. If you're unsure which product your course uses, just mention your course name on WhatsApp and we'll confirm.

Simply send a WhatsApp message to Faisel with your Capsim product, what you need help with, and your preferred date/time and timezone. He responds quickly and you'll receive a Zoom link once your slot is confirmed. No forms, no accounts — just a WhatsApp message.

Standard sessions are one hour. CompXM sessions run 5–6 hours by nature of the exam's scope. If your session runs over the booked time, additional time is available at the same hourly rate. You're never cut off mid-session — we finish what we start.

Single sessions are $100/hr. The Full Round package (8 one-hour sessions) is $75/hr — a 25% saving. CompXM is a flat $400 for a 5–6 hour intensive session. Extra time beyond the booked slot is $75/hr for package clients and $100/hr for single sessions. All pricing is confirmed on WhatsApp before your session begins.

Yes — we offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with your session. Simply message on WhatsApp within 24 hours of your session and explain the issue. No complicated process. If Faisel didn't deliver value in your session, you won't pay for it. Your satisfaction is taken seriously.

Payment methods are discussed and confirmed via WhatsApp before your session. Accepted methods include bank transfer, PayPal, and other commonly available options. Payment is typically requested before the session begins. Faisel does not share payment details publicly — everything is handled privately through WhatsApp.

Faisel works with students across all major timezones — USA (EST, CST, PST), UK (GMT/BST), Canada, Australia (AEST), UAE (GST), and Europe. Session availability is discussed on WhatsApp. Early mornings, evenings, and weekends are often available.

Yes, completely. All communication happens privately on WhatsApp. Your name, institution, course details, and session content are never shared with anyone. Faisel treats every client's information with full discretion.

Life happens. If you need to reschedule, message Faisel on WhatsApp as early as possible and he'll work with you to find a new time. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 2 hours' notice may be subject to a rebooking fee — this is discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Absolutely. You don't need to book a full session if you only have a specific question. Message on WhatsApp and describe what you need — Faisel will let you know if it can be handled quickly or if a full session is warranted. Short consultations are billed in 30-minute increments.

Faisel guarantees he will give you his best expert guidance in every session. Because your simulation outcome also depends on team execution and how decisions are applied, specific grade outcomes cannot be guaranteed — but every student who works with Faisel leaves with a significantly clearer understanding of the simulation and stronger strategic decision-making ability.

Yes. Group sessions where all team members join the same Zoom call are available and often very effective. Pricing for group sessions is the same as individual sessions since the content is tailored and the session is exclusive to your team. Message on WhatsApp to discuss.
