By booking a tutoring session with CapsimLogin.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Service Description

CapsimLogin.com provides live, one-on-one Zoom tutoring sessions for students using Capsim management simulation products. Sessions are educational in nature and are conducted by Faisel Mahmuud, an independent tutor. We are not affiliated with Capsim Management Simulations, Inc.

Booking and Payment

All bookings are arranged via WhatsApp. Payment is required before the session begins unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods are confirmed during the booking conversation. Prices are as listed on the Pricing page and confirmed in writing via WhatsApp before each session.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us via WhatsApp as early as possible. Cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice may be subject to a rebooking fee, assessed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with your session. To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of the session with a brief explanation. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

Academic Integrity

CapsimLogin.com provides educational guidance, coaching, and strategy explanation. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with your institution's academic integrity policies. We do not make decisions on your behalf or submit work for you.

Limitation of Liability

We provide tutoring in good faith based on our expertise. We cannot guarantee specific simulation outcomes, grades, or competitive results, as these depend on many factors beyond our control, including team decisions and simulation conditions. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant session.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
